Mix 1 tbsp. of mix into 1/2 c. of olive oil along with 2 tbsp. of vinegar and 1 tbsp. of water.
Whisk together and add chicken or vegetables to marinate.
Grill or bake.
This seasoning and rub is also great on fish, mixed vegetables, and potatoes.

For a vegetarian option: cut up slices of zucchini summer squash, onion, carrots, peppers, asparagus, or any of your favorite vegetables with some olive oil and 1 tbsp. of lemon and pepper seasoning.
