Beef & Barley Soup Mix

Description

Simple, filling, and good for you soup!  Add some broth or water and enjoy or you can add some stew beef for more protein.  My go to soup for a quick dinner.  Serves 6-8 depending on serving size. 

Ingredients

Carrots, corn, peas, celery, minced onion, parsley, beef bouillon (Salt, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Dried Beef Stock, Onion Powder, Caramel Color, Natural Flavor, Powdered Beef, Autolyzed Yeast, Soybean Oil, Spice, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate), barley, kosher salt, granulated onion, granulated garlic, black pepper, bay leaf.
