Beef Stew Seasoning

Description

Ingredients

Onion powder and flakes, garlic powder and flakes, celery flakes, salt, pepper, cornstarch, bay leaf, seasonings, and spices.

Directions

Cut 1-1.5 lbs. beef into cubes. Coat beef with the mix and brown in a pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes, turning often until the outside is nicely browned. Add meat and any remaining seasoning to crockpot along with diced onion, carrots, potatoes, and 1 cup of Guinness beer or beef stock, and 1 cup water. Simmer for 4 hours on high or low for 7 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove and discard bay leaf.
