Ground coffee, brown sugar, salt, chili powder, granulated garlic, black pepper, granulated onion, paprika, cayenne.
Directions
Use 1 tbsp per 1lb of beef. Rub into surface on both sides of your choice of meat. Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes, but NOT more than 2 hours.
