Directions
Rub 1-2 tbsp. rub mix over your choice of meat, chicken, seafood drizzled with olive oil, let rest in fridge 30 minutes up to 24 hours.
For Ribs, bake in the oven at 300-degrees for 3 hours covered with foil. Finish on the grill or refrigerate until ready to serve. To finish ribs, grill about 30 minutes or until fall off the bone tender, basting with your favorite BBQ sauce. Let rest 10 minutes, covered loosely with foil, and then cut into portions. For all other meats, eliminate the oven part of cooking!
