Description
Classic start to a Chicken Noodle. Big Fat NOODLES (AKA: Pappa-del- aye), carrots, onions, celery, chicken bullion, seasonings.
Ingredients
Dried carrots, bullion, celery flakes, salt, pappardelle egg noodles [durum wheat, semolina, eggs], red onion, shallots, granulated onion, basil, granulated garlic, parsley, black pepper, bay leaf.

Directions
Bring 8 cups water or stock to simmer, add soup mix and simmer covered for 15 minutes until noodles are cooked and vegetables are tender. Add shredded chicken if desired.
