Farmhouse Chicken Pappardelle Soup Mix

Description

Classic start to a Chicken Noodle.  Big Fat NOODLES (AKA: Pappa-del- aye), carrots, onions, celery, our own in-shop made vegan bouillon, seasonings.

Ingredients

Dried carrots, vegan bouillon ( nutritional yeast, parsley, turmeric, salt, pepper, onion, garlic), celery flakes, pappardelle egg noodles [durum wheat, semolina, eggs], red onion, shallots, granulated onion, basil, granulated garlic, parsley, black pepper, bay leaf.

Directions

Bring 8 cups water or stock to simmer, add soup mix and simmer covered for 15 minutes until noodles are cooked and vegetables are tender.  Add shredded chicken if desired.
