Fiesta Chicken Tortilla Soup Mix

Description

Delicious soup with a hint of heat. Add shredded chicken and top with tortilla chip strips and dinner is ready. Customize with black beans, jalapenos or sausage or shrimp.

White jasmine rice, dried carrots, corn, celery, red & green peppers, Reduced sodium chicken soup base, (Sugar, Hydrolyzed Corn protein, salt, maltodextrin, gelatin, modified food starch, onion powder, chicken fat, dried chicken powder, parsley, garlic powder, oleoresin turmeric, disodium inosinate, guanylate, natural flavor), minced onion, shallots, granulated onion, kosher salt, granulated garlic, basil, jalapenos, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, oregano, parsley, chipotle powder, black pepper, turmeric.

Directions

Mix contents of bag in large pot, add 6-8 cups water (or combination of water and broth). Heat on medium covered for 20 minutes, reduce heat and simmer additional 10 minutes until rice is fully cooked. Serve with tortilla strips, and garnish with avocado slices, jalapenos, cilantro if desired. You can also add shredded chicken, black beans, cheese, or whatever you like. It's Delicious!
