Garlic & Pepper Beef Jerky

Description

All the spicy flavor of BOTH garlic & black pepper!  Chewy and very flavorful.  This is a dry rub that we rub on each strip of meat and let it rest for a minimum of 48 hours.  This brings out the flavors and lets them get into the beef.  This is one of our most popular dry rubbed recipes.

Ingredients

Beef, cure (salt, sugar, sodium nitrite {0.85%}, brown sugar, caramel color), garlic, pepper, spices, sliced fresh garlic pieces.
