Pickled Cowboy Candy

Thinly sliced jalapenos pickled in a sweet vinegar brine!  These are amazing on burgers, sandwiches, salads, tacos, or diced up in a chicken salad or egg salad.  Sometimes they are hotter than other times; it depends on the jalapeno heat.
