Ingredients

Flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt. Topping packet: flour, brown sugar, sugar, pumpkin pie spice.  Contains:  WHEAT

Additional Ingredients Needed: 1/4 cup oil, 1 egg, 1/8 cup milk, 7 oz. canned solid pumpkin, 3 tbsp. butter.

Directions

Heat oven to 425. Grease or use muffin papers in muffin tins. (Makes 6-8 muffins) Mix muffin mix with: 1/2 cup oil, 1 egg, 1/8 cup milk, 7 oz. canned solid pumpkin. Place in muffin tins. Make topping: Small bag with 3 tbsp. butter until crumbly. Top muffins. Bake 5 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake 15-18 more minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack. Let rest 10 minutes and enjoy.
