Rotisserie Chicken Rub

Description

Seasoning mix for chicken or turkey.  Works on the grill with bone in chicken or in the oven with a whole chicken.  Very flavorful.

Ingredients

Kosher salt, parsley, paprika, thyme, granulated onion, black pepper, granulated garlic, cayenne powder, white pepper.
