Tortellini & Spinach Soup Mix

Description

A versatile soup mix that is amazing as it is with cheese and spinach stuffed tortellini, dried spinach, chicken boullion, and sesasonings.  Add your favorite cooked sausage or chicken.  This is great as a meal with a crusty baguette.

Ingredients

Spinach & Cheese stuffed tortellini, dried spinach, carrots, onions, garlic, low sodium chicken bouillon powder, salt, pepper, seasonings.

Directions

Fill large stock pot with 9 cups water or combination of water & broth or stock. Bring to boil. Add package of soup mix and simmer for 10-12 minutes until carrots are tender and tortellini is fully cooked. If desired, add cooked crumbled sausage or shredded cooked chicken. Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy. Makes 6-8 servings depending on serving size.
