Directions

Mix contents with 1 egg, 1/2 c. oil, 1 egg yolk, 1 1/4 cups milk or milk substitute, 1 cup shredded zucchini. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
